I got some Feebas to give...

Yupyup, I got Feebas. A lot. I mean like half a box full.

I also have a lot of Charmanders if you want, and I have an extra Modest Charmander for trade.

Really all I need is a Munch/Snorlax to breed with my Charmander to get a Bellymander, which will then be given out for trade.

So yeah, and possibly point to the right direction to getting a Belly Charmander.

Edit: I have a Calm Female Feebas, good since Milotic's Low Attack, and it's Special D. is increased.
