Abomasnow's Snow Warning screws your team over. Rain Dance doesn't fit on Kingdra since it ONLY helps Kingdra. =/ I advise that you take out Abomasnow and replace it wish something else that can take the Calm Mind passes from Drifblim. Lead with Gallade perhaps.

I can't help with EV's, I'm afraid.
