I traded one Pokemon for a Pokemon i believed was real. Except now that i look at it i realized they caught it in a now so realistic area. Now if i decide to make an egg would it also make the egg hacked or will it mean the Original Pokemon is hacked but the egg is actually legit.

If you breed and make the egg like any other egg would be made, then yes, I'm fairly sure it's still considered legit, even if the parent isn't, because you used legal methods to obtain and hatch the egg. But you might wanna ask in a Q&A thread to double check. Don't know what game this is for, but if it's for Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, as in that sections Q&A thread.
