Because of his high Sp.Def...

Maybe Scept could Sub down activate Petaya and Overgrow then Leaf Blade him :P
 
Mee thinks it requires
CH + toxic damage + leech seed losses
CHs should be a big part of it
 
what about: wrap + toxic + leach seed + curse?
 
sceptile could learn wraP?
neway that won't work too well.
he needs his speed badly and curse isn't helping him there.
neither is the attack boost curse is giving him.
also he needs some moves to protect him - sub/protect
and since kyroge deals SpAtt damage the defense boost won't help it either.
If nething replace curse with protect/sub
buh then taunt kills u..neway
