    I had a Razor Fang that just disappeared. I've scoured every box, checked the Daycare, I DEFINITELY did not discard it... how many different ways are there to lose an item out of nowhere for no reason at all?!
     
    Did you trade a Pokemon it was attached to (or release it)? Otherwise, I can't think of anywhere else it's likely to have gone... Which game is this for?

    Maybe try sorting your items alphabetically again and going through them just to make sure you didn't overlook it?
     
    Did you gave your Razor Fang to Gligar then it evolve to Glicsor? Then would disappear around noon or night

    If you tell us, which game then it would more accurate answer given

    Wait, wait... it disappears when it evolves?

    ...Damn. That explains it then. I did all the work IV breeding and all that just to find out it didn't have the right ability, so I wanted to evolve another. It's Omega Ruby.
     
    That seriously explains why your Razor Fang disappears while your breeding and you breed during noon or night
     
    In-game, we would say noon since in-game message doesn't say night.
     
    Ah. So essentially it went poof when it evolved. I wasted about an hour trying to find it. LOL. Thanks for the info.
