Frankly im broke of money i can spend online. Well, anyway i need a layout thats looks like these:

Some tweaks of courcemaybe make the forum part the nav with text links. Can you also please giveme table templates too. I do like evreything to look curved.

The banner needs to have PichuSB on top and on the bottom spreading out between PichuSB, needs . c o m
I would like the colors to be colors that flow and that look good. Like you must be able to read it with no problem.
