i need a moveset for mamoswine and donphan

Ice Shard is always awesome on Donphan, and a CB Donphan is no different. Rapid Spin should be the 4th slot, and it might actually lure the foe into thinking you're running a common wall / leftoevers set.

I also think claydol runs a similar set, though evrybody says donphan runs it far better.
 
what do choice bands and choice scarves do? evidentally, I'm supposed to have one for my Porygon-z sweeper?

Choice Band-raises attack 150%

Choice Scarf-raises speed by 150%

Choice Specs-raises special attack by 150%

All permit the use of only one move unless you switch out.
