2nd Gen I need a team that can whoop butt... (or else I'll lose the bet!)

    I have 20$ and a package of Roman Candles riding on this.

    Me and my friend are having a bit of a contest. Here are the rules:

    You will be playing Pokemon Red or Blue (I am using Blue, him Red)
    You can use any cheat, glitch, or help. Anything. But...
    No Trading between games! This includes ALL G1 and G2 games
    6 Pokemon are allowed, and you CAN NOT revel your team untill the battle
    The winner is who wins 2/3 batles, each following the one immediately after the one that preceded it.
    No modifications of the teams will be allowed in between games.
    NO "Glitch Pokemon" are allowed in your team; this includes "MissingNo. and 'M, but does NOT include Pokemon captured VIA a glitch.
    No Items durring or inbetween battles are allowed.

    If you need clarification, please post.

    I need a team that can beat anything coming. Here is what I know:
    He is a teenage boy. He will use mostly epic Pokemon
    He will use Rare Candies to jack up his Pokemon, so they will be weak.
    He will not use Protein or Calcium of any things like that.
    He uses ALL OUT ATTACK. He NEVER uses any defensive moves.

    I do not know how to make a good team, so can I get some help? Remember I can get almost every Pokemon, including Mew.

    set up 2 amnesias and pyschic him
     
    Use the best moves to fight against his Pokemon. If that doesn't work out, keep trying and it will work... somehow.
     
    Okay, I can help.

    You counter his strong Pokemans with total PWNage.

    Get a Psychic Type. A very, very strong one with lots of SPECIAL moves learnable.
    Mewtwo would be good.

    Mewtwo
    Psychic
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Bubblebeam.

    Give it those Sp. Attack and Speed thingos.

    Hmmm...Red or Blue teams, hmm...?

    Aerodactyl
    Rock Slide
    Wind Attack
    Ancient Power/Bite/Swift/Take Down/Double Edge/Hyper Beam

    Thanks! I have been saving all my TMs so I can use them all more than once, so the Persian/Mewtwo thing will work out. Now, I need to raise these guys. I'm gussing rare candies are frowned upon?
     
    A Raichu has pretty good speed I think if you level it up a lot as a Pikachu first before you evolve it. With the moves Thunderbolt, Dig, Hyperbeam, and Flash to lower his accuracy.
     
    You say you are allowed to use any cheats and stuff, so why not hack yourself some perfect Pokemon?
     
    Well you can get a hacking device which you have to buy such as an Action Replay.
    But you do need to buy it, unless you know someone with one that you could borrow..
