I want to evolve my Slowbro into a Slowking, but I don't have a King's rock. I'm looking for someone who's willing to let me borrow their King's rock and trade with them. I don't know how I can compensate you but I have a few rare candies I can provide?

Are you playing XY/ORAS, or Sun/Moon? I can help you if it is the former.

Edit: P.s. Slowbro cannot evolve into Slowking, only Slowpoke can.

Otherwise, King's Rock can apparently be found on wild Poliwhirl, Poliwrath, Slowbro, Politoed, and Hariyama. Maybe you could acquire one this way.
