I need help learning how to use Pokemon Raptor EX

    So I downloaded it a week ago, once I extracted the files, I open Game.exe, and it says "Failed to initialize DirectX Audio." So I tried various searches on "DirectX Audio", and no use. And that I redownloaded Pokemon Raptor EX, still the same thing. I don't get why everyone else does it well and I can't. What am I doing wrong?
