I need help with my Deoxys! (Emerald)

Deoxys is in Fire Red now, but I'm trading it to Emerald after I beat the Elite Four.

I have a couple of questions.

Since I cannot just keep on getting White Herbs for every time I use my Deoxys' Psycho Boost, how should I use Psycho Boost? Should I use it when I have low HP like in the red or what?

And also, since all that Special Attack point loss adds up, then is it possible for a Pokemon's Special Attack to be zero due to something like Overheat? Or does it get to a point where you can't lose any more Special Attack, but it is not zero?

Once you use Psycho Boost, you should switch out before using it again (unless if you have a White Herb). Since Deoxys-FR has terrible defenses, you should use it to OHKO every opponent and not take a hit, so I also don't recommend using it in game to help train other Pokemon. Also, don't transfer it to Emerald because Deoxys-E is not very good. Sure, it's faster than any other poke, but it doesn't have anything awesome about it like Deoxys-FR's awesome sweeping potential or Deoxys-LG's abillity to take any hit. Take care.

I think a pokemon can only get subtracted 6 times so it shouldnt go to 0

it does become a very low use less number

it can reach (at minimum) your originial stat divided by 4

But it goes back to normal when you switch out, so I could just do that.
