Thats not a very good question. I'm actually a bit confused. blissey is pretty easy to train quickly (not to level 100 mind you, but to around lv. 50). there's snorlax, dusknoir, milotic, vaporeon, umbreon, cresselia, etc.

You can catch Cresselia at level 50... but really, you shouldn't be catching these Pokemon, you should be breeding them. Breeding yields stronger Pokemon if you know what you're doing.

I'm also a little confused about the question, but I agree with airconditioning. Breeding them will make your Pokemon stronger, even if it does take more time.

Yeah darkknight, you NEED natures and EVs, as I tell you constantly, or else your team isnt worth anything.
