I need help with my shiney Nidoking!
Can anyone tell me a good moveset for him?
Heres his moveset so far
Flamethrower
cut
Double kick
Shadow Ball

hes at Lv100. Please help me. And how do I get diff HP like HP Ghost, HP bug ETC ETC?

Read the advanced trainer's battledex... and the obvious answer of cut would have been made obvious. Also Nidoking is in the battledex already.

On my stallfest team, I had it pegged as Sub/Quake/Fthrow/Rest with distribution mostly in Attack and HP (none in SpA actually). Fthrow is just because when I used megahorn, I ran into 50 skarms T_T
