    hey peoples.. i wanna start rom hacking on pokemon emerald. what software do i need ( i have a make) also in the hack im not too sure how to do some of the stuff... if sombody helped id be grateful! bye
     
    Ugh these posts... to get started at the most basic level you'll need the programs Advanced Map and XSE. Look up tutorials on those programs to get started, it is a very long journey of learning, trial and error but it is well worth it.
