I need pokemon hacking help...

Hello im new to this and i needed help with something on pokemon hacking. I need help cuz i downloaded pokemon cycloneprototype and when i use it, it says its missing a file, and someone help me by giving me the link and telling me what to do and what files to add it to? thanks :)
