I am starting to play Shoddy and this is what my current team looks like. I need serious help on making this team better. Rate, comment, and critique as much as you like. Thanks!
Aggron w/ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
Rock Head Ability
60 HP, 158 Attack, 176 Speed, 116 special def.
Moves:
Dragon Rush
Focus Punch
Shadow Claw
Stone Edge
I'm trying to put a counter on Mence, Nite, and ghosts on my team. I'm thinking of replacing a move for an electric move, because my team probably will get swept by a gyarados or water-type
Steelix w/ Leftovers
Careful Nature
Sturdy Ability
100 HP, 86 Attack, 174 speed, 150 special def.
Moves:
Gyro Ball
Thunder Fang
Roar
Stone Edge
This is my team's Phazer. Also has an Electric move to counter water types.
Hippowdon w/ Leftovers
Sassy Nature
Sand Stream Ability
80 Def, 180 Speed, 250 Sp. Def
Moves:
Earthquake
Ice Fang
Rest
Sleep Talk
Classic Physical Wall. Nothing more to be said.
Garchomp w/ Expert Belt
Jolly Nature
Sand Veil Ability
240 Sp. Def, 30 Speed, 240 Def.
Moves:
Outrage
Iron Head
Draco Meteor
Stone Edge.
Trying to be a sweeper, probably not that great. I'm thinking ofrotating out either Meteor or Stone Edge.
Gengar w/ Black Sludge
Bold Nature
Levitate Ability
250 Def, 110 Speed, 150 Sp. Def
Moves:
Confuse Ray
Dark Pulse
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Another sweeper. Confuse Ray to give me better chances of not getting KO'ed, Focus Blast as a Dark and Luke counter, and Dark Pulse for Psychic types who want to knock me down.
Metagross w/ Life Orb
Impish Nature
Clear Body Ability
6 Def, 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Def
Moves:
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Ice Punch
Zen Headbutt
I like this moveset, because it covers Metagross' weaknesses, has two moves for STAB, and makes a good Hera and Luke counter, which my team needs bad.
