I have all the Pokemon I want there, but it just seems like something is missing. I can't put my finger on it. I just need a little bit of help.

    Blastoise Level 40
    Bite
    Surf
    Rapid Spin
    Protect

    Victreebell Level 40
    Vine Whip
    Acid
    Toxic
    Cut

    Raichu Level 40
    Thunderbolt
    Light Screen
    Slam
    Counter

    Fearow Level 40
    Fly
    Aerial Ace
    Drill Peck
    Mirror Move

    Graveler Level 40
    Rollout
    Defense Curl
    Magnitude
    Rock Slide

    Flareon Level 38
    Fire Spin
    Sand Attack
    Bite
    Quick Attack

Any substitutions or ideas on what moves I should give them?

for blastoise give him ice beam instead of rapid spin and EQ instead of protect

for victerabell it needs changing but i dont realy know what moves caz i didnt play LF for along time

graveler is just too weak replace him with snorlax maybe

    flareon needs flamethrower

fearow give him steel wing instead of ariel ace

raichu give him iron tail instead of slam or light screen

    Blastoise Level 40
    Ice Beam
    Surf
    Skull Bash/Earthquake
    Protect

Don't know what to tell you for Blastoise, but maybe keep on Protect for the E4, since the Kanto E4 is probably one of the hardest.

    Victreebell Level 40
    Giga Drain
    Acid
    Toxic
    Body Slam

Maybe not Body Slam. I think it's an LM in this game, but I'm not sure. Either way, Cut is awful, haha. And I would recommend Sludgebomb > Acid, but the TM for it is in the Rocket Warehouse thing on Five Island, which is very far off at this point. You should have waited to evolve this guy so he could have gotten Razor Leaf. :(

    Raichu Level 40
    Thunderbolt
    Thunder Wave
    Slam
    Brick Break/Body Slam/Iron Tail

Counter isn't too useful in-game. Light Screen is okay, but Thunder Wave is preferred.

    Fearow Level 40
    Fly
    Aerial Ace
    Drill Peck
    Mirror Move

All Flying moves...I have nothing to say though, there's not much I can say for this guy.

    Graveler Level 40
    Brick Break
    Explosion
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide

If you don't have a Link Cable, replace this guy with something like Rhydon.

    Flareon Level 38
    Flamethrower
    Sand Attack
    Bite
    Take Down/Double Edge

Any substitutions or ideas on what moves I should give them?

Comments in bold. Eh, I tried. ;(

The best Flareon moveset in this game is:

    Shadow Ball
    Fire Blast / Flamethrower
    Dig
    Hyper Beam

Flareon is mainly a physical attacker and Hyper Beam should only be used if you need to KO something fast. Because you WILL die during the recharge since Flareon is so frail.

How would I go about getting Flame Thrower? I can buy the rest in Celadon I think. Also, would it help if I evolved Graveler? I have two Gameboys, I can trade him and then trade him back.

Yeah, evolve Graveler then. It will be better as a Golem. And you need a Coin Case for Flamethrower iirc. Costs a good number of coins, but well worth it. Or you can wait til Flareon get to level 52. Whatever floats your boat.

I ended up trading over my Arcanine from my other game, it wasn't very high leveled, so I don't consider it cheating. I have Golem now. And Blastoise knows Hydro Cannon now instead of Rapid Spin. And Rain Dance instead of Protect.

Rain Dance isn't going to get you much use in-game to be honest, especially since it's not like any of your teammates' abilities rely on rain (like Swift Swim). So that's a pretty wasted slot in in-game terms, unless you're trying to set it up for Thunder, I suppose. But...I still vouch that it's useless. Hydro Cannon is powerful, but inaccurate and has the same consequences as Hyper Beam; losing a turn. But oh well.

I usually have good luck with Hydro Cannon though. I'm on Victory Road right now, I'm using that for most of my training.
