It can be hard to extract text from an image for Babelfish, not to mention it doesn't handle slang very well (which is often used in comics). :\

I can give it a shot later today if no one gets to it first. xD I've only got 10 minutes before I have to leave for school right now, though, so I'm not gonna spend it searching for my dictionary. oo;

Might this go in the Manga section? It is a Pokemon Special-related comic, after all... @_@; I'm not sure though, eh.

I would say bring it to the manga section because more people might know japanese there...cuase they may read Jap Manga...
