    ...On a legit cartridge.

I listened to the original Lavender Town theme -- it was a little higher pitched but that's all. I honestly have no idea why they changed it. (Maybe it was just my imagination though, since I didn't actually compare the "original" and "edited" themes side by side.)

I also did the Dokokashira Door glitch, which is this:

I thought it was cool, so I had to share. If anyone has anything they've wondered is true/false about these games, ask me and I'll find out. :D

Here's an answer to pretty much any rumor about Green:

    If it's a glich:

    - Is there a video showing the glitch? Is the glitch well-documented?
    If yes: it's legit
    If not: it's fake

    Anything else:
    - Is it in Red/Blue too?
    If yes: it's real
    If not: it's fake

I can completley destroy a rumour which i can prove fake

''The Pokémon green is the same colour as it's title''

When in fact the proper cartridges for it were actually the usual Grey.
Which proves your method to be useless.

    Besides there's lots more differences:
    -Different Wild Pokémon.
    -Some trainers have different pokémon.
    -Sprites
    -Trainer sprites
    -Dialogue.

    the list can go on.

    That's not in-game... >_>

The wild Pokémon are *identical* to Blue's wild Pokémon. Same for the trainers. (Since, y'know, Blue = Green)
    Sprites, that's obvious.
Trainer sprites are the same as far as I could see.
Dialogue, of course, considering it's in Japanese.

And in case you haven't noticed, this was about RUMOURS!

    -Different Wild Pokémon.
Wrong. Wild Pokémon distribution in the Japanese Green version is identical to the American Blue version.

    -Some trainers have different pokémon.
Wrong. Every single trainer in Pokémon Red/Green (Japanese), Pokémon Blue (Japanese), and Pokémon Red/Blue (English) have the exact same Pokémon.

    -Trainer sprites
The only trainer to get a new sprite is Red himself.

    Let me explain something:
The first Pokémon games were Pokémon Red & Green, released in 1996 for the Game Boy, in Japan only. Then several months later they came out with Pokémon Blue for the Game Boy, still Japan only. Pokémon Blue was the original "third version", having the same function as Crystal, Emerald, and Platinum. The Japanese Pokémon Blue had new sprites, new overworld graphics, and different in-game trades.

Then in 1998 they decided to localize Pokémon, so they took the Japanese Blue version, changed the wild Pokémon & in-game trades to what they were in the Japanese Red & Green, and the script is translated from the Japanese Blue version (this explains the "evolving" Raichu in Cinnabar, because in the Japanese Blue version, he asks for a Kadabra instead).

If they did something like that today, it would be like taking Japanese Platinum, changing the wild Pokémon to Diamond/Pearl, then release it in the US as Diamond/Pearl. That's basically what they did in Gen I. So the Red/Blue you guys all know is actually somewhat of a hybrid translation of the Japanese Blue version, and the Japanese Red/Green versions.

    Talking about Lavender Town's theme...
My Green version ended up being v1.1 and the higher-pitched one is only in v1.0
Doesn't really matter, though, since apparently only younger people can hear the difference.

I knew everything you said except this. Do you mean his OW or trainer sprite? I didn't notice, I should have checked D:

They removed the annoying high pitched noise in Lavender because it was causing headaches in children.

The title screen shows his Blue sprite, while the Trainer Card shows his Red/Green sprite.
