    So, im messing around building a team for stadium 2, so i went through the effort of getting a pikachu with surf.
    Was going to use it for little cup, or so i thought, then when i tried to enter i wasnt allowed to bring it, and then i remembered that it had this stupid baby evolution, so yeah.

    Thats the rules, i guess, welcome to stadium 2, where frail, little pikachu is banned, but freakin Scyther is totally fine, somehow.
     
    I guess I don't see the correlation...
