This is really simple. You have to go to a different country if they haven't stopped doing it yet. Then once you get there, Go to the event that is held and they'll download into your game somehow.

Err... no. I can't quite remember but you don't have to go to a Nintendo Event. Should this go in the 'GBA' section? Mods?

Dude, you don't need to go to another country to access Four, Five, Six, and Seven Island. duh.

After you beat the Pokemon League, Oak will give you the Rainbow Pass when you continue the game.

You sure? I think you talk to Celio, not Prof. Oak. Use the ship at Vermillion City to go there.

Oh yeah, I forgot. The process:
1.-Beat the Pokemon League.
2.-Receive the National Dex from Oak, only if you have caught 60~ pokemon on your Dex.
3.-Talk to Celio, he'll tell you to get the Ruby from Mt.Ember.
4.-Get the Ruby.
5.-Give the Ruby to Celio, he'll give you the Rainbow Pass.

this is definately the wrong forum. MODS! Move this Please. you have to get the national dex to get the rainbow pass. then i think either oak or celio will give you the rainbow pass
