Does anyone know where the rainbow wing is? I looked at the FAQ's but it ist in there, and i cont find anything that was already posted... help please?

If you're talking about Pokémon Silver, (Which I assume you are, because it's pretty hard to avoid getting it in Gold. =P) the Rainbow wing is given to you by an old man in Pewter city.
