I Spy with my little eye...

Hi, I saw a lot of games and figured I'd make one of my own. As the title suggests, we will be playing I Spy. The rules are simple:

1. Each post after this one will consist of a guess at the Pokemon mentioned in the last post, as well as a hint to the Pokemon you're thinking of. The hint must start with I spy with my little eye _______. Any additional comments, like little conversations, are okay as long as they don't give away any of the answers.
2. Hints must contain a physical/behavioral characteristic of the Pokemon in question and the first and last letters of its name.
   1. The information given in the hints MUST come from a reliable source, such as the anime, games, or manga. Don't make random stuff up, like it's best friends with Chuck Norris, unless you say it's a joke.
   2. Do not be too specific with hints. Height, weight, which games it can(not) be caught in, or how many times it evolves are not acceptable.
   3. Methods of evolution, such as stones or certain levels, are okay but are not required.. You may also post which evolution it is if necessary, such as 1st (which is the form after it hatches), 2nd, etc. However, you may not post that it is a final evolution, a base evolution, or that it does not evolve.
   4. Do not be too general with the hints either. Nothing like what color it is or if it walks on ___ legs. Let's try to give hints that require a little thought.
   5. Don't use Pokemon in your name or signature. Seriously, it's just too easy. I'll refrain from using the Pokemon in my signature as well.
   6. Types may be included in the hint but are not required.
3. Pokemon with four letters or less in their names are prohibited.
4. Eevee is also prohibited as it is too easy to guess; however, its evolutions are allowed as long as the hint does not signal anything about its other evolved forms.
5. All posts that violate these rules will receive a notice by yours truly, a frowny face, and a stern wag of the finger.
6. If a user make a wrong guess at a Pokemon, the user who posted the original hint may put up the right answer. Wrong answers will not interfere with the game and any correction statements must follow the first rule: guess at previous post + hint. Correction posts may be posted any time, but may only be put up be the user who posted the original hint. If no corrections are put up the answer will be assumed to be correct. I don't want a million posts arguing about one answer, okay? Remember: it's just a game.
7. All users are allowed to participate, so don't be shy. I won't discriminate. =-)

9. All forum rules apply here (naturally).
