I still can't evolve

I beat you at everything.

    I have beaten Darkaria,Dialga, and Palkia and i have recruited Manaphy and Cresselia, but i still can't evolve.
     
    1) Have you recruited Dialga?
    2) Have you recruited Palkia?
    3) Do you have the dungeon Marine Resort?

    You don't have to have beaten Marine Resort.
     
    Recruit Manaphy (A.D. (After Darkrai)) and wait a few days. To recruit Manaphy, just wait a few days A.D. and Chatot will come running when you wake up.
