But seriously, on serebii.net, you can see a list of banned episodes. None of these episodes is starring a Tentacruel.

I think you're referring to episode 019: Tentacool and Tentacruel, where Tentacool evolves into a giant Tentacruel.

That episode hasn't been banned.

It's not included in that list of banned episodes, because unlike those (the Porygon episode for example), Tentacool and Tentacruel did air on TV in the US before being banned.

It is a banned episode, because many felt it had too much of a connection to the September 11th attacks (the giant Tentacreul destroying buildings). As to my knowledge, it hasn't been shown on TV since then.

Another episode, The Tower of Terror, was also banned after September 11th because of it's name, but was later re-aired some time ago.

Its not banned, they only stopped airing it in the US. Its been shown in the UK loads of times. Anyway, its on the Indigo League DVD boxset

I didn't knew that. 'Cause in Holland that episode isn't banned at all. The broadcast station that shows Pokémon have a lot of re-runs. I'm getting really sick of it
