4th Gen I think my game may be glitched?

Hello everyone!

Here's the problem

I'm stuck in Pokemon heart gold, Ive defeated the ice gym leader Pryce and I didn't receive any badge or TM for it I didn't notice after I left and now when I go back hes not there? Also how do I start the event of team rocket taking over the radio tower?does defeating this gym make a phone call come and team rocket will be on the radios? Ive got 6 badges so far.


EDIT: I also cannot get past the man who sells rarecandybars beside mahogany town.


I figure my game is glitched because Ive went over and over through many walkthroughs and videos and I am not seeing anything thats going on in my game - sorry of this was the wrong section for this post as well

The only problem I can see is that maybe you missed a Gym somewhere.

Pryce is the seventh gym leader. After you've defeated Team Rocket in Mahogany Town and at the Lake of Rage you'll be able to battle Pryce. Right after defeating him, there should be no problem in him giving you him his badge and TM07 Hail. Like said, you might have missed a Gym before him somewhere perhaps. O_o;

After defeating Pryce, when you leave the Gym, Prof. Elm should give you a call telling you about Team Rocket taking over the Radio Tower. Go over to Goldenrod, enter the Radio Tower and you will see a Team Rocket Grunt blocking you way. Go Underground, obtain the Rocket Uniform and go back to the Radio Tower once more. From here you continue through the Battle Tower till you defeat Team Rocket here.
