I want a darkrai where do i get it?

Without a Game Shark or a Darkrai sitting in another version, like Diamond, Pearl or Platinum, you can't.

Also, I understand there is a thread dedicated to questions like these, which Sydian will be along to tell you momentarily.

Anyway, to add onto what was said above, you're not going to find an available Darkrai in HeartGold, and if you're looking for a legit Darkrai, then I suggest you take a look in the Trade Corner forum. Here, you'll find various shops that may have a Darkrai to offer for trade or you can use the Quick Trade Thread to request one.
