I would say search on www.pokemontcg.com and they should have something up to show you how. That or that one website that I forgot that Bullados knows. I hope he posts it up here.

Correction: www.pokemon-tcg.com -- note the dash in there.

and, the usual suspects: Pokeschool, POkemon Zeo, PokeBeach, and/or Pokemon Labs. Just add the www. and .com to those.
