I want to make a custom loading screen, can anyone help?

    Hi all, just wondering if anyone can help me out with making a new custom loading screen? Im not sure how to take the existing one and change it into what i want?

    The spoiler above is the loading screen i want to create however i have no idea how to change the current one. I have a small amount of scripting knowledge however this much eludes me.

    dont worry about the cursor, i can manage that i just need help with everything else.
