I was messing about on microsoft paint today, and I decided to make this Lugia sprite I found into Dark Lugia. Here's how it turned out:

(Before you ask, yes I know it is saved as a J-PEG file.)

I am open to comments. I am deciding on what to make next. I will let the public decide.

This belongs in the Spriter's lounge, unless you're feeling like making more than one "sprite" (that looks more like computer art than pixelart/spriting to me anyways) to put in this thread.
