[Tool] IconED Error

    I downloaded IconED recently, and, after fixing the error with comdlg32.ocx, and "Runtime error 380", I was excited to start using the program.
    Then, as I open my rom, this pops up:

    How do I deal with this?
    NOTE: The same error occurs when I insert a clean ROM.
