I have found a icon maker and a program that changes a rmxp game's icon.
If you want a custom Icon for your game I might make you one.
Just post saying what you want your icon to be like.
You must give credit.

I do use rescorce hacker and I will make your icon.
Do you want me to just make the icon or do you want me to apply it too.
To have the game file renamed or the icon applied you must send me a copy of your game.

I decided to through out the idea of just giving a link to the download and writing a tutorial.
I must admit that I am not the best Icon creator/pixel artist.
