I really like how he kept everything simple, the background and such, and still managed to fit in those effects near the hands.

I voted for Binary Peaches, because I really love the colouring and the cloud at the back just fits perfect. Not the mention the image is adorable.

Although I did prefer her first entry. :x

Ezzo gets my vote. The colours are not over bright and he has actually put effort into putting effects into the icon which go well with the image.

Ezzo! gmt. It's crazy hard putting effects into icons and making them work, especially as dominant as the effects Ezzo has used here. The others didn't seem to take as much effort, also seemed to play it pretty safe.
As a side note, Ezzo's so reminds me of old non-touched up Disney cartoons. It's awesome.

I just love the way he can do so much with just an icon sized image, where as a large majority rely on selective colouring and other adjustemnts.
