3rd Gen Idea for a Great Hack

Hello all. I am jstolze, and I have an idea for a GBA hack. I've just started hacking, but am a better writer than hacker by far. I'm posting this for anyone to use in their hackas long as
you mention me (jstolze) in the Credits and/or Title. If you read further, you will see a bunch of lists. All of this has been separated in order of importance. The first list MUST be
completed as written.

+The following things MUST be done: (Please do not change any of these)

-This hack MUST be Emerald based for the storyline to make sense. This is because only Emerald has the Green Orb. The Green Orb will be one of three main event items.
-The storyline will take place in three regions: Earth, Heaven, and Hell.
-Each of the Orbs have a unique special ability: They teleport you to their original region.
-The Green Orb will teleport you to Earth. Obtained ONLY after receiving the 8 badges of Earth.
-The Blue Orb will teleport you to Heaven. Obtained ONLY after receiving 4 badges from Heaven.
-The Red Orb will teleport you Hell. Obtained ONLY after receiving 4 badges from Hell.
-Their will be 16 badges in total, 8 of which Originate from Earth, 4 of them belong to Heaven, and 4 are from Hell.
-Starter Pokemon will be:
-Fly will NOT be available. This will ruin the game, and make no use of the Orbs. Also, even if you did somehow obtain fly, it will only work on Earth since it will only show the map
of that region anyways... (just in case space consumption becomes a problem.
-The Last Gym Leader of Earth can be Your pick. Having said that, The Leader of Heaven must be The Angel of Death, and the Leader of Hell shall be Lucifer (Who is called Luci)

+The following things SHOULD be done for it to make the best sense: (ONLY change if you strongly feel it is necessary to.)

-The Main Character's name is Shawn. He will have Lucas' Sprite/Back Sprite.
-The Rival will be Dawn. (Her Pokemon should have NOTHING to do with you starter choice. You can decide her Pokemon, or I may end up changing it for the story.)
-Some Key Items that don't need to be used include: (Just in case you decide to replace a Key Item)
A. Wailmer Pail
B. Old Rod
C. Good Rod
D. Itemfinder (not needed)
- The story should be separated into chapters. (For beta releases) I will soon post the order of the Chapter's and their names.
- You Must start on Earth. However, I'll leave it up to you whether to go to Heaven or Hell next.

+The following CAN be Changed if you want, but would be best if left alone:

-Starter Pokemon MUST be any non- Flying, Dark, Or Fire Type. Such as Grass, Electric, and Water. I will leave it up to you to choose.
-Their should be Fakemon

I will soon update the story line. Please do not ask about it as I have a lot of work to do, but if anyone is interested either PM me or you may respond with some idea's. Criticism is allowed,
but nothing harsh, please. Oh, and if their is something I mentioned above that doesn't fit or may not work on this rom hack, please tell me. If the Emerald rom doesn't work, I'm not
obliged to using Fire Red.
