Idea for Pokemon Ranger and the Temple of the Skies

I wonder if there could be the movie Pokemon Ranger and the Temple of the Skies. This movie features the main characters Ash and Iris from Black and White, plus returning characters Dawn, Winona, (the pokemon ranger from Temple of the Seas), and new characters Darius Somataw, and his two supporters from the corporation Dusk Bryant and Tiat Blaze. This movie features a corporation that used to be lead by Darius, but was taken control by the villan: Darius's younger brother, Keith Somataw. He intends to reunite a half of the true wind crystal with the other half in the Temple of the Skies. That plan was found out by Darius, but was discarded when he discovered that if they were reunited, the person who intends to use the crystal would succumb to madness and insanity and if the person is found unworthy, a massive cataclysm will occur. Keith found the plan and decides to reunite anyway, hoping to take over the world. He then throws Darius out of power. Ash and his friends and supporters must stop Keith. Later, it is found that if the person reuniting the crystals is found unworthy, there is a weak point in the person's form and if hit enough, the person will revert back to his human form and the crystals will be destroyed. Of course, the characters encounter Rayquaza. In the end, after the crystal was destroyed, Keith's followers turn against him, knowing their cause was lost, and capture him. Darius reasserts command and has Keith imprisoned until "He atones for his decisions." Darius explain to Keith "We all make mistakes and have to pay for them. My greatest mistake was the fact I did not destroy the plan of the crystal before you found it."
