[Idea] Pokemon Sapphire: DarkLight

Basically, this idea spawned from a story of mine called DarkLight.

The antagonists, Yuki (boy) and Kairi (girl), have been searching together for a man by the name of Itachi for quite a while. Itachi kidnapped and brainwashed Yuki's brother, and he also murdered Kairi's best friend. Their search leads them back to their hometown, Shirakawa, Gifu. It seems that Itachi has been leaving behind a trail of dead bodies in the prefecture of Gifu. A dectective by the name of Furudate (Prof. Birch) knew the pair since they were young, and asks them to help find Itachi. He gives them Pokemon to help them on their journey, and wishes them good luck. Along the way, they encounter Itachi's minions (Team Aqua [leader is Itachi], gym leaders) and gather information until they face off against the elite members of Itachi's team (obviously, the Elite Four). The end, however, has a surprising twist as they find out that who they thought was an ally really was a foe.

Yeah, kind of sucks. All I'm doing right now is editing sprites, messing around with maps and the like. If I ever get this done, it'll be my first hack. ^^"

Anyone who could type me up the script for this that I could copy/paste into PokeScript for this, I'd be forever grateful to you. ;w;​

You should write what ROM you are hacking and the new features your hack is going to have. This information is needed for Scrapbox threads.

Ah, sorry.
I thought that the Sapphire in the title told you which game I was hacking. ^^"
There won't be a whole lot of new features, since this is my first hack.
The sprites are edited to look more like the characters I had in mind, although the large images of them (on the trainer's card, in battle and such) are not edited. =/
Yuki (boy) is edited to have his hair up in a ponytail, while Kairi (girl) has her hair color changed to black, Team Aqua members now have an 'I' on their heads not an 'A' (even though they still go by the name of Team Aqua Oo)

Edit: The starters are Johto Pokemon, not Hoenn, as a request by a friend.
