3rd Gen ideal EV spots

where are the ideal EV training spots for fr/lg.

i know this should of gone in simple questions but i think everyone should know these spots if they dont know.

In another thread someone named all the pokemon that give you EVs when you beat them....just look at those and train were ever those pokemon can be found
