So I just finished watching the new old school style Pokémon cartoon and I absolutely loved it! I love the interaction of Scraggy and Mimikyu and they were both perfect for a luny toons style cartoon! They gave me a Tom and Jerry kind of vibe. Mimikyu is one of my favorite Pokemon and seeing it in this just brought me joy. Hearing its sounds while scurrying around was just adorable! My favorite part was when the Scraggy shook Mimikyu and saw more candy came out of its rag. Then, Scraggy took a peek underneath Mimikyu to find more and...saw its true appearance! Seeing him gulp and his body being filled with fear in the classic cartoon style just made me laugh and I had to watch that part over and over again!!
So, I hope to see more PokeToon episodes, especially with Scraggy and Mimikyu! What other Pokemon would you like to see in this new series? I thought that Chandelure, another favorite Pokemon of mine, would fit just nicely in this style. Also, what about Gengar or Haunter? They would make great villains! I also had an idea of a Pokemon falling in love with a female Kirlia he never talked to and tries to do all sorts of crazy stunts to impress her. In the end, he winds up saving her from a villain!
But what are your thoughts? What are your ideas for a PokeToons episode?
