Cool. But where is the game with some features implemented?
Looks like the fun part of development. The dreaming stage.
Next steps would be to organize that Google Doc better and make it a sort of Game Design Document that others could easily read and understand.
Then you can flesh out details on how exactly you want the game to flow from start to finish.
And once your ideas are all spelled out on paper and you're ready to start getting it together, you'll need to look up some YouTube tutorials on how to do it. Decide on an Engine to use, and just start learning how to make your own Pokemon game.
It's a long journey and a ton of work, but if you really want this idea to come to life, only you can do it. Good luck!
