    Here is a little tool for creating sprites it is a great tool as it works with indexed numbers I haven't had any trouble with it I don't take the credit it is not my creation
     
    Do you create sprites from scratch, or do you edit current sprites in the rom?

    Edit: I found out it is used to make scratch sprites.
     
    it says nothing exsists in this folder.
     
    lol i know this is a tool for RPG Maker
    its not for romhacking
     
    To make sprites you dont need a tool for it. There are programs like MS Paint and otehr advanced as Paint Shop Pro and others.
