I'll make a trainer back sprite for one person

Most of you probably don't know me, but I have a series of spriting tutorials on the Pixel Art board (link in my signature). For my next tutorial I'll be explaining how to make a trainer back sprite from scratch, but unfortunately I don't have a subject to base the sprite on. This is where you come in.

To put it simply, you show me one of these:

...and I'll make you one of these:

That's actually just a quick, sloppy edit of the grumpy old man from Viridian City, while the sprite I make will be completely from scratch, but you get the idea. If your character wears a hat or has a hairstyle that I find easy to draw, it's more likely that it will be the one I choose for the tutorial.
