In Pok?mon Colosseum in the Deep Colosseum there's a Spinda and a Delcatty that have the move Wish, is that possible?

If it's in Coloseum, then yes it is.
Look back into Stadium 1 & 2, you could get a Psyduck with the move ??? - Don't remember.

yeah thats illegal. in stadium 1 u could get a Psyduck with Amnesia and a Pikachu with Surf and in stadium 2 u could get a Gligar with Earthquake and a Murkrow i think with an attack it cant normally learn. In colosseum, u dont get pokemon like that. U get them in Pokemon Box.
