How do choice bands and choice scarfs work exactly? I've never realy bothered to understand them.
Don't they boost your power/speed but only allow for one move ot be used? Or was it all moves of same element? or could it be all physical o special moves? I'm about to go mess with them right now to find out for myself since I just went to battle tower in my diamond to buy them.
