    What do you guys use to re-size images. If I ever find a resource that has something like a trainer sprite that's not 128*128, I try to re-size it but it comes out either blurry around the edges or deformed.
     
    You can use plenty of things to resize images. Paint, Paint.NET, Photoshop, GIMP. The list goes on. However, this isn't a tutorial or a resource (actually not all that related to Game Development either) so I'm going to go ahead and close this.
