Improving My Deck?

So, recently I've been getting increasingly into TCG and I want to get a more serious with it. I would like to have at least a semi-serious deck for competitions. I was wondering if anyone could provide ideas for improving my deck; my budget is 40-50 dollars. I will put my current deck below (I know there is a lot of inconsistency and inbalance).Thanks :)!
