Is there any way to catch Scyther and Houndour? I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere Houndour is in the Safari Zone, but I can't find any info on Scyther ._. I'm just gonna assume they're in the Safari Zone too, if in the game at all.

Just curious. Scyther is my favorite Pokemon, and usually ends up in my party in every game version at least one of the several times I end up playing it o_O And I don't recall ever using a Houndour/Houndoom, so I thought that'd be fun :P

I'm not quite sure either. And yes, Houndour is in the Safari Zone, new area. Must complete game before catch.

Scyther is only available in FireRed, and Houndour is indeed found after you beat the Elite 4. There's a new area to the left of the entryway to the Safari Zone, and they're pretty rare.

Oh. Suckage. There goes my ideas for a party. I had a feeling Scyther wasn't in the game, but I would've guessed Houndour be in without that requirment. Hm. Too bad. I'll continue with the three I'm using now and see if I can find anything else to use as I continue.
