[Other] In need of a Pokemon Firered Scripter

    I am currently working on a pokemon firered rom hack, but i can only get as far as Text Editing and Map editing. I need someone to put code in to make stuff happen. For example, one part there is a celebi in Viridian Forest, I have the sprite there, but I need someone to activate a battle when you talk to it and after the battle have the celebi fly into the sky, can anyone help me?
