I am not a Spriter or a Music inserter sadly.
However, if you need anyone that is very good in idea-ism. I believe I am your guy, I saw on your post that you wanted to side quest ideas or balance changes; I.E: Level up moves, Type changes, ability changes, or changes in viability I am your guy. :)

My time is not very limited, I am working on my own project but until I can get a script editor, I am putting it on hold for now.
