    Some Pokemon Have some Incorrect attacks, and abilities. Which ones and Why do you think they have incorrect Attacks and Abilities.
     
    Puny and stupid Togetic can learn hyper beam by TM.

    Yeah, you'd think that a blizzard could and would affect anything within a given area . . .
     
    Splash is a totally pointless attack....
     
    Sheer Cold and Fissure should have at least 60% Accuracy. Not 30%.

    Agree!
    I can't imagine a blizzard can be missed!

    Unless...accuracy means how willingly the Pokemon releases an attack.
    But it does not work for N64 and Game Cube!
