Increased Frame-Skip

    The VBA I'm working with seems to have increased its frame skipping, so it looks as though everyone's one cocoaine. I seem to have accomplished this while turning the sound off, and when I tried to turn the frame-skip to normal, it refused to work, even though the tool bar said it had been changed. I tried this with the hack loaded, and without, as well as re-loading the latest version of VBA.
    I seem to remember this happening before, a long while ago. I've searched the threads, but they didn't turn up anything. Any advice?
